The Project Resource Centre is a “virtual” office managed by Dr Berlin Kafoa, and provides a support role to project management endeavours by offering:

• a formal project management methodology (i.e., a framework);
• a series of project management templates;
• a series of help guides for the project management templates; and
• access to project management training.

The PSC also:

• allocates unique Project Identifiers ( a unique ID for every Project);  and
• manages the Project Register (registers all projects and their status).

In the future, it is likely that the PSC will also offer:

• a physical resource library; and
• a coaching program.
