The Fiji School of Medicine's Project Management Methodology is a licensed product of People Rich Pty Ltd (Australia). Its use is restricted to FSMed projects (although this may include joint venture projects with external organisations). To ensure the project is managed with the correct level of rigour, projects are often categorised as either 'simple' or 'complex' when they meet a defined category criteria. The Project Plan is the only document that changes between a simple and complex project, however the simple project usually requires less documents to deliver the project. This section explains the simple and complex methodologies in detail accross the full 4-phase project life cycle. SIMPLE PROJECT METHODOLOGY A Simple Project is defined as:
