Welcome

Welcome to the Project Resource Centre (PRC) website for the FSMed. This initiative was commissioned by Professor Ian Rouse to assist staff in managing projects successfully by providing support, resources and training.

A project is defined as a “managed change activity that creates a unique product, service or result, and has a defined start and end date.”

Having a project management methodology (i.e., a defined way to work) allows the FSMed to encourage the sharing of best practice and experience amongst donor countries by providing access to a wide range of contract agreements and projects data and resource, develop a collection of material that will support and enrich the present and future work of the FSMed Projects, support the use of the Project Resource Centre and its facilities by staff and clients and cooperate with donors in the region and internationally through professional network.
